1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 77bs ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing the 77bs website, registering an account, depositing funds, or using any service offered on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the 77bs platform. 77bs reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 77bs, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 77bs strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years old. Age verification documentation may be requested at any time.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number at the time of registration.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by law.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling platform, nor must you have requested exclusion from 77bs specifically.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual and must not be registering or operating an account on behalf of any third party, business or organisation.

77bs reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one account on 77bs. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If more than one account is identified as belonging to the same individual (by device fingerprint, mobile number, IP address, payment method or identity document), 77bs may suspend all associated accounts and withhold any associated funds pending investigation.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password, OTP, or account access with any other person.
• All information provided during registration and KYC verification must be accurate, current and complete. Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms.
• You must notify 77bs support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any compromise of your login credentials.
• You must not use automated software, bots, scrapers or any artificial means to interact with the 77bs platform.

Account Verification (KYC)

77bs operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in line with responsible gaming and anti-fraud standards. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card or passport), proof of your registered mobile number, and proof of your payment method (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account) before a withdrawal is processed or at any other time at 77bs's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe will result in the withdrawal being placed on hold.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 77bs are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 77bs does not charge a transaction fee on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges. It is your responsibility to check applicable fees with your payment provider before initiating a transaction.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum single deposit is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit for verified accounts, although 77bs may apply limits at its discretion for security or fraud-prevention purposes.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted and will result in account review and possible suspension.
• 77bs accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard. Accepted methods may change; the current list is displayed on the deposit page within your account.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, or to a verified payment account in your name. 77bs does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and up to 24 hours for bank transfers. Delays may occur during peak periods or where additional KYC verification is required.
• Bonus funds and free spin winnings must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be included in a withdrawal request. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated in the offer's terms.

77bs reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. This includes verifying the source of funds, confirming the identity of the account holder, and reviewing recent account activity. These checks are carried out to protect both the player and the integrity of the platform.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

77bs offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made available:

• All bonus offers are available to players aged 21 and above who have completed account registration on 77bs. Bonuses are not available to players who have self-excluded or whose accounts are under review.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated in the offer terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements will expire along with any associated bonus balance at the end of the stated period.
• 77bs reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus, promotion or offer at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, collusion or technical exploitation.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses may only be used on specified game categories. Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash before the applicable wagering requirement is met.
• A player may only claim a welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once using different accounts, different mobile numbers or different payment methods constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination.

6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77bs platform. A breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on 77bs under your own identity or any other identity.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet or tournament on 77bs.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform to process funds derived from any illegal activity.
• Exploiting any software error, misconfiguration, mathematical error or vulnerability in any game to generate winnings that would not have been generated under normal operating conditions.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification or any support interaction with 77bs.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, 77bs may without prior notice suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending and settled bets, forfeit all bonus and real-money balances, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities.

7. Responsible Gaming

77bs is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides the following self-management tools to all registered players, accessible directly from the account settings panel without requiring contact with the support team:

• Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much can be deposited to your 77bs account.
• Session time reminders: configure an alert that notifies you after a set duration of continuous play so you can make an informed decision about whether to continue.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.

Any unauthorised use of 77bs intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. 77bs reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77bs, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer or mobile device damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether such damages are based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory, even if 77bs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

77bs does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77bs makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the platform or the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any information on it.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

77bs reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct, multi-accounting, fraud, or providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime, whether or not a formal report has been made to any authority.
• A player's request to self-exclude or a referral from a third-party responsible gaming organisation identifying the account holder as a person who should not have access to gambling services.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account that is not subject to an active investigation, forfeiture order or bonus wagering restriction will be returned to the verified payment method associated with the account within 5 business days. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of closure will be forfeited.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

77bs collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. Your continued use of the 77bs platform after any amendment to these Terms takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform before the revised Terms come into effect.
